Into the Woods, designed by Katrinka for FreeSpirit Fabrics, is a collection of digitally printed fabrics that showcase the beauty that surrounds Katrinka's studio in South Carolina. The collection was created by a hand printing technique called Eco printing, which is the transference of the natural pigment of leaves and flower petals onto the fabric. The end result leaves a beautiful impression of nature's beauty on the fabric. Katrinka digitally manipulates each print recoloring them into an extraordinary color palette. Into the Woods celebrates the imperfection and beauty of nature that surrounds us. It is a constant reminder that we all are imperfect, yet beautiful in our own unique way.
