Service Charges
Owl's Nest Quilters is an authorized service center for BROTHER. We only service BROTHER machines.
The following are the minimum but usual service charges. These do not include parts that may be needed to be replaced or extreme abnormalities with a machine, which would increase the amount of time and cost needed to fix the machine.

| Hourly Rate | Parts replacement and repairs | $25.00 |
We are currently not servicing sergers, cover stitch machines, or multi-needle embroider machines.
