What’s all the hoot about? It’s about Brother’s awesome embroidery machines, that’s what. If you own a Brother Stellaire, Dream, or Luminaire machine, we can help you. (Because Brother machines are so similar to Baby Lock’s machines, owners of the Altair, Destiny, and Solaris machines are also welcome.) Owl’s Nest Quilters is committed to helping owners learn how to use their machine and love these incredible tools. Covid-19, although absolutely devastating in so many ways, has opened up new avenues for conducting business. In addition to on-site classes, we also offer our classes via Zoom to the larger public arena. If you want to learn and get the most out of your investment, join us every month on the third Thursday from 10:00 a.m. (Mountain time) to about 4:00 p.m. The time commitment depends largely on the complexity of the project we are doing. These classes are project based. You get hands-on experience with different features and capabilities of your machine.

To get the most out of these classes, we request that you know the basic operations of your machine and are at least familiar with their basic capabilities. Please see the dealer where you purchased your machine to get basic operations assistance.

Each month, we will take you deeper and deeper into what your machine can do. Please be aware, however, that not all machines have the same features and functions. Therefore, depending on the machine you own, you may or may not be able to complete some of the projects in the same way or to the extent to which we do so in class. I will be using the Dream Machine for our classes, Brother’s mid-range machine.

If you are interested in joining us each month for our Dream and Luminaire club, please call Owl’s Nest Quilters to register—(970) 241-5700. At that time, we will get you the information you need to join our Zoom session. You can download the supply list from our website. Have lots of paper to take notes. You’ll want to do these techniques again and again!

Hope to see you on August 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.!

But wait! That’s not all! You can join us for virtually (no pun intended) every class we offer. Check out our monthly calendar on our website, call the shop to register, and download the supply list. We have great classes for every skill level.
